QUALITY POLICY

Management and employees are committed to deliver products and services which meet the customer’s expectations. We implement an ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System. In order to attain this objective, the Quality Management System is documented, effectively communicated and understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of personnel within the organization.

 

 

A Quality Management representative has been appointed to conduct regular internal audits and reviews. In this way we wish to ensure the suitability and efficacy of the system in place. As we strive towards supplying quality products which meet the intended use thereof, we use the latest affordable techniques in the industry.

ISO 9001:2008 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OBJECTIVES

• To achieve and maintain the listing as required by the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.

 

•  To strive for continuous improvements by doing regular reviews of the suitability, adequacy and efficacy of the system.

 

•  To uplift the level of education of employees by providing training and educational programs.

 

•  To achieve 95% of delivery on required dates.

 

•  To encourage suppliers, contractors and customers to comply with and implement these principles.

    competent to perform their duties with safety and excellence to the satisfaction of customers.
